Unlike general travel agencies that sell/operate package tours, TourLab only charges minimal fees for your convenience in free travel and assists with reservations for local services such as hotels, tours, and tickets. Therefore, we are not directly involved in the operation of the products, and since you are selecting and using the products at your own discretion, you must also take full responsibility for your own safety when using them.
Additionally, as all products are operated by local companies, any accidents that occur during use are covered by local insurance and laws. If you are injured or an accident occurs, you must immediately inform the local staff or tour guide and take necessary action on-site. If you return to Korea without taking any action, you may not be eligible for compensation or treatment.
Since local insurance coverage may be insufficient, we strongly recommend purchasing separate travel insurance in Korea before your trip.
