Our  TheTourLab is always committed to providing high-quality vehicle services with continuous effort and improvement. Please make sure to check the following precautions to help you when making a reservation.

• 1. TheTourLab vehicle products basically include fuel and toll fees (except for products specifically listed as excluding fuel and toll fees, all other vehicles include them).
• 2. Except for the 6-hour / 9-hour daily rentals limited to Bangkok and Pattaya city, all other daily rental products are based on 12 hours (VIP vehicles are based on 10 hours).
• 3. For daily rental vehicles, it is recommended to provide your itinerary in advance. Although same-day changes are possible, if you attempt to add schedules inconsistent with the reserved product, usage may not be possible, or significant additional charges may apply.
• 4. The maximum number of passengers per van, including the driver, is 10. According to Thai traffic laws, if there is any luggage (e.g., suitcases), the maximum capacity is strictly 10 persons (infants are also counted). Violations may result in fines of over 5,000 THB and possible issues with the driver’s license. In such cases, we cannot provide assistance, and any disadvantages to the driver will be the customer’s responsibility.
• 5. When reserving a vehicle, please carefully consider luggage and number of passengers. Sedans can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child, but if there is a lot of luggage, please upgrade to an SUV. Please book according to the number of people and luggage volume.
• 6. Most vehicle reservations can be confirmed immediately after receiving a quotation. However, for reservations made one day before, same-day reservations, or special products (0 THB products), additional time is required for vehicle arrangement and price calculation until payment can be completed.
• 7. When reserving a vehicle, please confirm date, number of people, vehicle type, route, meeting time, and location. TheTourLab does not arbitrarily change or modify customer reservations. If you book condos or pool villas via Airbnb, you must provide the exact building name and address. Incorrect reservations may result in us being unable to assist you, so please check carefully before proceeding.
• 8. If the usage exceeds the reserved time, an additional charge of 200 THB per hour (300 THB in Phuket) will apply.
• 9. If there are unreasonable requests, changes to unsuitable destinations, or unkind service from the driver, please contact TheTourLab immediately.
• 10. For consecutive-day vehicle usage outside Bangkok, a driver’s accommodation fee of 500 THB per night will be charged.
