STEP 01

Simple Membership Registration

Monkey Travel [(Totobooking Co., Ltd.)] membership registration is simple and safe with minimal procedures. Non-members can still search, view products, and make reservations, but points will not be accumulated.

STEP 02

Select Desired Product

Click on the menu at the top of the homepage to browse products, or use the search bar at the top to directly search for product names.

STEP 03

Select Desired Product

On the desired product page, click the “Reserve or Get Quote” button, fill out the reservation form, and proceed with the reservation.
The same product can be added multiple times, but to add another product, you need to complete the current process, then select and reserve again. Payment can be made later all at once.

STEP 04

Processing Application

Once the reservation is received, we check availability with the respective provider.
(Availability checks are possible only during local business hours, except for instant confirmation products, which are confirmed immediately.)

STEP 05

Receive Quotation

If available, a quotation (payment invoice) will be sent by email, and you can also check it in “My Reservations” menu.
Please carefully review the details in the quotation and proceed with payment. Product prices are calculated in KRW using the Baht cash selling exchange rate announced by Korea Exchange Bank.

STEP 06

Make Payment

Payment methods include bank transfer (virtual account, real-time transfer, direct KRW transfer), credit card, mobile payment, simple payment, and Baht transfer. Depending on your membership level and payment method, you can earn 1.5%~4% points on the total amount (excluding Baht transfers). Points can be used like cash for your next reservation. Since a quotation only confirms availability at the time of issuance and does not hold rooms (spa, tours, etc.), we strongly recommend making payment as soon as possible. Please understand that this is an unavoidable reservation method where availability must be checked individually in exchange for lower prices.

STEP 07

Receive Reservation Confirmation

After confirming payment, the administrator will request the final reservation with the provider. Once confirmed, the reservation confirmation (Voucher) will be issued by the provider and sent to the member who made the booking.
Quotation : An invoice confirming availability as requested, asking you to make payment to finalize the reservation.
Reservation Confirmation : A voucher (accommodation or service ticket) proving that the reservation is confirmed and paid. It must be presented upon check-in.

STEP 08

Use Reserved Product

Once available, a quotation (payment invoice) will be sent by email, and you can also check it in “My Reservations” menu. Please carefully review the details and proceed with payment. Product prices are calculated in KRW using the Baht cash selling exchange rate announced by Korea Exchange Bank.
