Payment Information

All products from The Tour Lab must be paid in advance before use, and on-site payment is not possible.

Payments can be made through various methods such as bank transfer, credit card, simple payment, and mobile payment. Since the domestic payment system is used, the transaction is processed as a domestic KRW payment (not overseas KRW payment), so it will be charged in KRW as is, without additional overseas transaction fees.

Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer (KRW)

Earn 3~4% Monkey Points on the total reservation amount.

• Account Deposit: Please transfer directly to the bank account.

• Virtual Account: A virtual account number from your preferred bank will be issued, and please deposit the final payment amount into that account.

• Real-time Bank Transfer: Available if you are registered for internet banking; an accredited certificate is required.

2. Credit Card

• Standard: Payment by credit (debit) card via PC or mobile

• ARS: Payment by credit (debit) card via mobile ARS

• Manual Payment: If payment fails, you can provide your card number and expiration date via the 1:1 board, and we can process the payment manually.

3. Simple Payment

Pre-registration is required for each service before use.

• Kakao Pay : Through KakaoTalk [More > pay > (top right settings icon) > My Kakao Pay > Card] menu for registration and card setup

• Smile Pay : https://www.mysmilepay.com

• Payco : https://www.payco.com

4. Mobile Payment

According to mobile carriers’ policies, cancellations after the following month of the payment date are not allowed. Refunds will be made after deducting a 3% fee.

5. Baht Transfer

No points are accumulated.

• Deposit Account: Kasikorn Bank 895-2-19850-6 (Totobooking)

• For Baht payments, you must contact us after deposit to confirm.

• On-site payment is not possible; advance payment is required for reservation confirmation.

Payment Deadline

There is no fixed payment deadline.

Quotes are sent only to confirm availability at the time of issue, and do not hold the reservation.

Therefore, if payment is delayed, the reservation may not be possible. If payment is made but the reservation cannot be confirmed, a full refund will be provided.

Once you receive a quote, the tip for using Monkey Travel is to make payment quickly before someone else books first.


※ If payment is not made for a long time after the quote is issued, or if the reservation window has passed, the status may change to payment deadline expired.

※ For some real-time booking products (dynamic products, partner products, etc.), payment must be completed within 30 minutes after booking. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.

Credit Card Usage Guide

1. Eligible Cards

• Domestic Cards: All credit cards issued in Korea such as Kookmin, Shinhan, BC, Lotte, Hyundai, Samsung, etc.

• Overseas Cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB (※ Select Credit Card - Standard - KCP in payment methods / Available only on PC, not on mobile)

2. Payment System

• Instead of contracting with individual card companies, we partner with Korea’s largest and most trusted payment agencies to ensure safe and accurate payments.

3. Payment Agencies

• Credit Card: Inicis, KCP

• Simple Payment: Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, Smile Pay, Payco

4. Credit Card Payment Confirmation & Receipt

• You can check your payment history and print receipts by visiting each payment agency’s website.

5. Notes

• The product price is the same whether paid by credit card or transfer. However, the Monkey Point accumulation rate is higher for bank transfers. (Credit card/simple payment: 1.5~2.5%, KRW transfer: 3~4% Monkey Points accumulation)
